Orders

 

  • Dispatched within 3 working days.

  • Signature required for proof of delivery.

  • Items will be checked before dispatched.

  • If a mistake has been made at time of ordering and cannot be rectified, please contact us by email.

  • When item has been ordered and money has been sent, you have entered a binding contract with us.

  • Some items may need to be ordered in so may take a little longer for delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked within 24 Hours £4.19

Tracked within 48 Hours £3.39

Before item is dispatched it will be checked to make sure it is not damaged before posting.


If Item has been damaged in Transit please contact us within 2 working days please include:
Name, address, your order in all original packaging with labels attached and a note with it explaining what is wrong with the item and if you could email a photo of the damage. So we can take this up with Royal Mail. Please make sure this is sent with
proof of delivery and a signature will be required. We will send a refund including Delivery.

If we have sent the wrong item to you we will ask you to return this item and we will pay a full refund including postage. Please make sure this is sent with proof of delivery and a signature will be required.

If you have changed your mind and you don’t like the item please return this and you would need to send back with proof of delivery in original packaging including labels ,in the same condition as you received it. Please make sure you have taken out insurance.
 

If goods lost/damaged when returning these goods you would be responsible for the cost make sure you take out postal insurance to cover yourself.

 

This must be returned within 14 days for full refund which will be paid within 30 days.

You can cancel your order up until payment has been made.


Once payment has been made and order accepted this has now become a binding contract.


If order needs to be cancelled before sending it out please email us and we can refund your money.

Items will not be accepted if not in original packaging or have been used or opened.
 

Goods without receipt and not brought back within 14 days timescale will not be refunded or exchanged.
 

No refund will be given for Sale Items but Exchange can be done.
